About Scents of Style

Based in Niagara region, Ontario, Canada, Scents of Style began in 2021 while I was working at my Health Care job. Fueled by a passion for fragrances, every spare dollar was invested into building a collection to support a fragrance channel. In 2024, the channel reached over 5,000 subscribers due to consistent uploads and a commitment to grounded takes on men’s and unisex fragrances.

Behind the Channel

I’ve always been drawn to clear communication and analysis. After a few years in journalism, I spent most of my career in information technology before moving into health care — a shift that brought me from the Greater Toronto Area to Niagara.

Scents of Style grew from a personal passion for fragrance into a YouTube channel focused on clarity and helping viewers find scents that fit their lives. I approach each video with the same mindset I’ve carried through every stage of my career: do the research, respect people’s time, and say something worth saying. The channel’s evolving visual direction owes much to my longtime friend and collaborator, LEH whose artistic insight has shaped its look and feel.
