Every coaching relationship starts with a free 30-minute consultation call — no obligation, no pressure. That call is for both of us: I want to understand your situation, your goals, and what's been holding you back, and you get to decide if my approach is the right fit for you. Not everyone is, and I'd rather we figure that out before any money changes hands. If we're a good match, I offer single sessions at $75 USD for a full 60 minutes, or a 4-week package at $260 USD — four weekly sessions that give us the time to dig into your habits, build a framework that fits your life, and start making changes that actually hold. My approach is rooted in what worked for me: tracking, accountability, minimum thresholds, and a cascading system where one change creates the conditions for the next. I'm not a doctor, not a dietitian, and I won't pretend to be. What I am is someone who went from over 300 pounds to 170 and built every tool I used along the way.
